1. Rights and Obligations of Our Company:
- Our Company’s customer service department will register alliance members and monitor their betting activities. The alliance and its members must agree to and comply with Our Company’s membership regulations, policies, and procedures. Our Company reserves the right to refuse or freeze alliance/member accounts.


- The alliance agent can log in at any time to observe their members' betting activities and overall site activity. Our Company’s customer service will calculate commissions based on the agent’s members.


- Our Company reserves the right to modify any terms in the contract, including commission ranges, commission plans, payment procedures, and reference plan terms. Our Company will notify the alliance of changes via email or site announcements. If the alliance disagrees with the modifications, they may terminate the contract or contact customer service to voice their concerns. If there are no objections, the modifications are deemed accepted, and the alliance must adhere to the new regulations.


2. Rights and Obligations of the Alliance:
- The alliance should promote and sell Our Company’s services widely to maximize profits for both the alliance and Our Company. The alliance can promote Our Company positively and legally and must inform members of all related offers and products.


- If promotional methods chosen by the alliance require payment, the alliance is responsible for these costs.


- The alliance must not copy, disclose, or distribute any Our Company-related information, including logos, reports, game screens, designs, or texts. Our Company reserves the right to legal action. For business promotion needs, the alliance should contact Our Company.

3. Rules and Terms:
- No tier of the alliance may open multiple accounts without Our Company’s permission or earn commissions from Our Company accounts or related persons. Agents cannot use their accounts for betting. Our Company has the right to terminate and lock accounts and commissions earned in games.


- To protect member privacy, Our Company will not provide member passwords or personal information. Agents must not obtain member data or access lower-tier accounts. Violations will result in canceled bonuses and account termination.


- Members under the alliance cannot open more than one account. Our Company may require valid identification to verify member identity and reserve the right to check for duplicate members via IP. Violations may lead to termination of gameplay and locking of accounts and commissions.


- Agents cannot place valid bets for themselves or other alliances. Agents must have at least 5 active betting members each month. Violations may result in account termination and loss of earned commissions.


- If any member under the alliance is banned or has their deposit refunded due to rule violations, no commission will be allocated to the alliance. Commission payments may be withheld pending verification of credit card or bank details used by members.
